To fully understand our clients' needs we believe that consultants need personal knowledge of the market place he or she is working in and that is why the majority of our consultants have previously worked in our core or related industries.

Our aim is to fulfill our clients' requirements with a responsive and confidential service whilst assisting our candidates in their personal career development. We achieve this by simply listening to enable us to find out as much about your company and your requirements as we can. We then take an in-depth job description together with any cultural or personality specifications that will assist us in locating the right candidate for you.

Once we have this information we create a shortlist of suitable candidates directly from our active database. If we cannot immediately find appropriate candidates we pursue regular, extensive media and web advertising together with executive search - proven methods which are adept at reaching quality candidates quickly and effectively.

To assist you in selecting your interview shortlist our consultant will make you aware of their individual assessments of each candidate. They will then arrange the first interviews, dealing with all the logistics, to enable you to explore the candidates track record, suitability and character fit. Thereafter we will conduct a full post interview debrief with both yourself and the candidate and arrange any second interviews your require.

When you have decided upon a suitable candidate our consultants will extend your offer and deal with any salary negotiations on your behalf. Once an offer has been accepted our consultants will maintain close contact with the candidate up to the agreed start date. Thereafter we have a dedicated review progress to ensure that both you and your new candidate are happy and the ideal outcome has been reached for all parties.
